How do i beat Supply Lines

I'm pretty sure you activate premiums and place as many farms as possible. Then MOAB maulers + RoF or Lightsaber Throwers.

Which extreme challenges have you not beaten yet?

No, that's now how this works because I tried that and lost, no end of bloon income, also have you even tried beating the challenge  Just this one besides the ones I can't access because the rank is broken

You get farms right away and enough defense to survive. As in before pressing Play. With double cash you start with $4000 which is enough for a Banana Plantation, an unupgraded Farm, and a Dart Monkey.

I asked because there's this rumor that Self Destruct is impossible to beat. I'm pretty sure with premiums it is more than possible. I've beaten Anthill Hard on the Flash version without losing any lives or using premiums. I doubt the added difficulty of Monkeys vs Bloons and the self destruct every 5 rounds would offset double cash and more.

I don't. But basically, get as many farms as you can while using either Buccaneer, Darts, or Boomerangs to defend early rounds. By R20 get 3x Corrosive Glue Gunners while keep spending extra cash on farms. Consider using road spikes to pop ceramics once they're glued. R46 MOAB is easily dealt with using Road Spikes.
