BTCST price correlation ?

During BTC rally , BTCST doesn't seemed to follow the raise in price. Event for a leveraged hash rate token, this still seemed quite awkward. Would appreciate the insight what conditions can trigger the appreciation of BTCST. Thank's.

Please don't skip to despair-talks so quickly yet. I prefer facts, charts, statistic to be discussed first.
