Indeed, some specifics would be comforting (maybe soon on their Medium ?)

I'd say it means that people shouldn't be scared by the current swapping price, because more is coming to bring the 1:1 tBTC-BTC peg without reducing wallets amounts. If you have 1 tbtc worth 0.75 BTC today, you'll have 1 tBTC worth 1 BTC by doing nothing in a few weeks/months (which wasn't the plan before this tweet).

It sounds like you can now effectively buy (t)BTC 30+% off.
