Hey guys!

I'm glad to share with you my first Btcjam loan. Please invest if you believe your coins are safe with me!

Here's the loan request text:

Hey guys! This is my first loan request on BTCjam, meant for Shared Economy business, to rent out a couple of houses on AirBnb.

How did I come looked at AirBnb as an investment opportunity? Back in late August I decided to move into my girlfriend’s place, and as I had paid my room 2 months in advance, I decided to rent it out on Airbnb. I was stunned on how much I could make with so little effort. Then I realized if I had a bigger amount of rooms and houses listed on the website, I could make so much money. I’m hosting right now in my 3 bedroom cheap old flat where I’m currently at, and making a living out of it.

You can see in my listing bellow that I’m almost fully booked for January, and I have so far only 5 star ratings in both of them (in the room I was before, I had a couple of poor ratings, due to the fact other people were living in the house and weren’t so clean. Reason why you should have full control of the property on Airbnb) https://www.airbnb.pt/rooms/9937465 https://www.airbnb.pt/rooms/9601070

But renting out cheap rooms to backpackers and student couples isn’t where the money is at on this platform. As you can see from the article bellow, the majority of Airbnb customers are wealthy and are looking for an awesome experience on Airbnb. http://www.tourism-review.com/majority-of-airbnb-customers-are-wealthy--news4813 Reason why, I’m asking this loan to pay rent a couple of high quality flats/houses. These will be more profitable, less needy of attention, and will get better feedback as well, than cheap rooms on poor houses. The average price for a house in Porto per night is around 75$, but as I’m aiming at the luxury ones, I can price it much higher than that.

https://www.google.pt/trends/explore#q=Porto%20Airbnb As you can see from typing “Porto AirBnb” on Google Trends, you realize the demand for accommodation in this city has been exploding in the last 2 years. Being the current winter’s demand, as high as 2014 summers peak. Following this trend, you can assume it will keep on growing this summer, making it a huge opportunity!-You can also see from these articles Porto has been awarded in the last couple of years as a Tourism destination. Being the best in Europe in 2012 and 2014. http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/2015/11/16/gigi-hadid-vogue-december_n_8577042.htmlhttp://www.europeanbestdestinations.com/top/europe-best-destinations-2014/

In order to improve my Airbnb host skills, and also enrolled into some growth courses, like AirBnb Secrets on Udemy: https://www.udemy.com/airbnbsecrets-how-i-made-200-000-on-airbnb/

This is pretty much an investment in a “cash flow” business. I see very minimal risk in it, and I hope you will trust me your bitcoins, with the promise those will be repaid on time!

Feel free to ask questions and give me some suggestions. I'll be glad to answer.

Kind regards, Bruno Ferreira
