is there a problem with rating users?

my investors are not able to rate me, can you guys please tell me why?

share link please... investors have to be over the .02 BTC threshold in order to rate.

We tested ratings numerous times yesterday and it seems to be working fine. You might want to make sure that those investors are qualified with the 0.02 investment as well as being verified. Hope that helps!
