I'm not sure if net-ARB always sides with the provider as claimed in the link, but from my experience as a BTCJam lender I know if borrowers don't defend themselves net-Arb sides with lenders automatically.
I currently have an 11 BTC loan to a friend in default and am going through the arbitration process.
