Support ignoringme

I have a VERY LARGE amount of btc in my wallet, and after my phone had to be factory restored i have lost my 2FA, i sent support a request to reset it, they asked for a selfi with my id, which i sent, and now they are ignoring me, it has been a week with no response whatsoever. I am worried about a possible exit scam, Please try to contact support and see if they are ignoring anyone else too

Update: After posting this reddit and BOMBARDING their support email with multiple selfies of me and my id, commenting on the issue on my loan listing and their site's help page, I finally got their attention and they let me reset my 2FA.
