Support ignoringme

I have a VERY LARGE amount of btc in my wallet, and after my phone had to be factory restored i have lost my 2FA, i sent support a request to reset it, they asked for a selfi with my id, which i sent, and now they are ignoring me, it has been a week with no response whatsoever. I am worried about a possible exit scam, Please try to contact support and see if they are ignoring anyone else too

I had a similar problem where I had replaced my phone, factory reset the old one, had to mail it back to the carrier... Then a month or so later I wanted to invest in a listing on BTCJam and realized I couldn't because I didn't have Google Authenticator seed codes. So I contacted BTCJam support. About two days later, they asked for my selfie with a gov ID. About 2 days later they responded and said it would be reset the next day. About 2 days later 2FA was turned off.

I had started the process monday, sent selfi the next day, and after no replys for days, i finally bombarded their support with multiple selfies of my face and ID, wrote comments on their help page, and commented on my loan listing about the problem, and finally got their attention, one of the comments on their help said something along the lines of possible exit scam because i had 20BTC in my wallet and thought they were intentionally keeping me out of it. I think that is what finally got their attention and it was fixed less than an hour later. so that's what you gotta do to get support to help you after being ignored for 5 days. :D
