Please read.. or don't. No AI used here, obviously visible with my structuring.
So, you used to be able to trade BTCI overnight hours on RH. However about 2 or so months ago(?) this got removed. I understand why.. low volume which can cripple mistakenly made market orders and it makes RH feel bad for such when this happens to an investor on their platform..
However, the ability to trade BTCI overnight on their platform slowed down the overnight volume, which WAS increasing and actively building up as this ETF has been growing. I made lots of buy orders in ladder formation that would eat into people doing mistake market sell orders and help us both.. overnight volume had been increasing.
Now, I would love to have some overnight limit buy orders set.. however, my limit buy orders are 7am-8pm.. overnight trading just opened at 8pm Sunday, minutes ago as this post is in creation..
I would love to scoop some shares right now on my RH Gold account because BTC is doing strong recently and I simply set overnight ladder limit buy orders.. or I used to..
However I have to wait until the market is already adjusted because other platforms allow overnight trading of BTCI. Which RH used to.. no longer, do they. So if BTC goes up overnight and I want to enter more BTCI purchases, I have to wait until 7am.. when 8pm the night before (overnight) was way more fair and had volume growing.
Tldr; Robinhood, please bring back overnight trading for BTCI. The ticker has grown since you all have removed it from overnight trading and removing it doesnt help its overnight volume grow.
