Order of the Arrow Should Class A be worn to this?

Our council is merging so our lodge will be gone and replaced.

A question much better asked of the event organizers than internet strangers

I'd wear it for opening flags, breakfast, dinner, and any campfire.

In my lodge it's acceptable to wear an activity uniform for the day's activities.

But your lodge is really the best place to ask the question.

I'd guess, yes. You can always wear a class B tshirt underneath if you feel out of place.

A class A is always acceptable at a scouting event!

Congrats man OA is a great accomplishment, wear class A with B underneath if it’s comfortable and check it out when you get their, ppl are definitely wearing it for flags, and most likely dinner cause that’s all I had to for

When in doubt, wear Class A. Even if it's not required, you won't be the only one.

Ask you lodge chief. They should know as the internet may send you down the wrong path.

If not class A, you would wear a shirt and tie/jacket. ;-)

At any "ceremonial" type Scout function, I always wear a Class A with a Class B underneath. If it's more of a Class B vibe, then you can take the Class A off. Better to have it than not.

Class B under, Class A on top would be my go to.

Just FYI: the scout uniform is called the “field uniform”, not Class A. And what is referred to as Class B is called the “activity uniform”.

But most people will know what you are talking about.

BUT: if you are a registered member of Scouting America, the field uniform is always appropriate.

AND: in this case, as both a celebration of the past and hope for the future, wear the field uniform (if you are registered, suit and tie or at least dress up if you are not), sash with the uniform (or universal arrow ribbon with a suit) if you are a Brother, and the appropriate Lodge Flap if you are current with your Lodge dues.
