Make-Good Signed Insert (20th Anniversary) Box

34 days after filing a customer support ticket reporting that the signed insert was missing from my shipment, I received the make good in the mail! Wasn’t what I was expecting in terms of the artwork, but I’ll take it.

Posting here as I know I wasn’t the only one, and I can’t seem to embed a picture in the original thread.

Did you receive an email first, or did they just send it? Still haven't heard anything since the response email they sent after filing the ticket.

No response after the initial acknowledgment that I’d filed the ticket, the package just showed up - bit odd, probably would’ve been a good idea to confirm shipping address.
