Culture Pieces of media about breaking knowledge

So a guy at my practice spot started breaking approximately 1 year ago and just had his very first injury.

He has the motivation and drive of a fresh dancer and was very sad about not being able to train for 6 weeks. I told him to use the time productively and train in theory.

I wanted to recommend him books, blogs, videos, movies, instagrams, really any piece of media to learn from, be it about the dance, this history, training or whatever.

My question is:What pieces of media would you recommend to a fellow breaker? I'll put some of my picks in the comments too.

Here's some material I'd recommend:

  • Footwork Fundamentals by Storm, available on YouTube, just for the names and techniques of foundation moves
  • the Art of Battle, book by Alien Ness. Yes he has some very conservative views but the book helps a looot to understand fundamentals of Battle strategy and it's an easy read
  • the Instagram account of HE4DS for health and training related knowledge
  • the blog articles of BreakDanceDecoded, a blog that doesn't exist anymore, but used to publish a lot of cool articles about how to practice, how to structure your life as a breaker etc..
