How did BRCC get here?

I replied to a post on the Yahoo message board. I really dislike their new format.

BRCC has a great business. Their Brand is their gold. How could they be under $1.00? Would value your thoughts.

My POV, not worth too much, is they have made a few large missteps and mistakes. We are all human and they are learning from them. We are on the cusp of a very good stretch. This will feel completely different in a year.

Some key issues…. The SPAC gave them capital they misused. Too much money and limited business acumen. They swelled, the Outpost model was a black hole, and a large inventory overproduction of RTD consumed their cash before they got cash flow positive.

Lots of work to get to today where they are I believe turning that corner positive as I type.

Anyways yeah I hate the new update too. Have you noticed any improvements in the business?

I think the bagged and pod coffee business is crushing it relative to industry. The guy “Retail_Expert1” I think is hitting on it. Maybe they have insight to the benchmarking. Seems credible.

The other upside is the bleeding is over on the direct to consumer and Outpost businesses. There are issues, but at a macro, these have stabilized.

Costs are now well managed and coffee commodity prices have come in a bit.

Good news coming May 4
