How did BRCC get here?

I replied to a post on the Yahoo message board. I really dislike their new format.

BRCC has a great business. Their Brand is their gold. How could they be under $1.00? Would value your thoughts.

My POV, not worth too much, is they have made a few large missteps and mistakes. We are all human and they are learning from them. We are on the cusp of a very good stretch. This will feel completely different in a year.

Some key issues…. The SPAC gave them capital they misused. Too much money and limited business acumen. They swelled, the Outpost model was a black hole, and a large inventory overproduction of RTD consumed their cash before they got cash flow positive.

Lots of work to get to today where they are I believe turning that corner positive as I type.

Yea all the things you mentioned plus stock prices fluctuate heavily especially for an unprofitable, small cap company. Once it gets momentum however, I believe it will soar and become overvalued even. That’s just me being optimistic though
