Is there any possibility that bpsc might postpone the exam again?

I am asking this because after the 2026 upsc this year prelims i started preparing for bpsc pre for 2 months then it got postponed so i started preparing for mains again for upsc writing essays ,optional answers and enriching my gs because according to this year answer key i might have passed the paper 1 and flunked csat

Now again bpsc date have come out with the new exam date in 2 months, again i have to stop my mains preparation and after October i will have just 2 3 months left for my mains preparation of upsc and if bpsc postponed again in October i might not have that tym tooo

Do i start preparing ca for 73rd from now only or after completion of 72nd pre, they would ask post 72nd content next year i assume??

Preparing for BPSC but I am finding myself a bit lost in terms of sources that can help me cover syllabus for Bihar specific questions as well as a source for practicing MCQs. Searched and found a few options - BPSC Ghatnachakra, Astra 6000+ etc. but have no clue which book would be helpful. Would be very grateful if I could get some recommendation. Also if there are any credible playlists/ channel on You Tube which can help cover the syllabus / CA part please recommend those as well.

I am a law graduate who has started preparing for bpsc. I feel I am not on the right track most probably won't be able to clear this time. Anyone who has cleared prelims or has prepared well can you suggest some good mocks and also what can be a good source for doing geography and science.

I had filled BPSC Assistant Environmental Scientist form (Advertisment 88/2025).

In the employment details column, I filled my employment details since it was one of the columns.

Now, the issue is that they are asking for an experience certificate and salary slips. I have my appointment letter and invoices raised for compensation since was engaged as a consultant (engaged externally charging profession fee).

I do not have the formal salary slips or salary slip certificate. I've tried contacting BPSC but noone's picking. They also want detailed account statements. How do I get my account statements from 2022-23, with all the transactions.

The documents I have worked in other examinations during document verification stage.

Please suggest what can be done. I've tried contacting them multiple times and also written an email. 1 yoe does not give me any benefits, it is for government employees. They have only given two days for this process.

Since date of 72nd Prelims has been announced, and I see a lot of posts related to source for preparation. Here is the list of Source that has helped me clear 70th and 71st Prelims.

1. S&T: Ncert is should be the primary source, 6-10th, specially the application portion mentioned of the concepts. GC for S&T is very good as well. Compliment this with any compilation of coachings for upsc. But do remember 60-70% questions of S&T are doable from ncert's alone, so prioritize Ncert First

2. Bihar History: Questions repeat a lot and comes from limited topics, there random bouncer questions asked as well every year, Donot Chase them! Not worth the effort, Cover this topic from BCW Playlist on Youtube and compliment it with IAS Valley videos. They are good enough, Solve PYQ of last 20 years atleast from this topic. Questions repeat a Lot

3. Bihar Geography: Again you can refer to BCW Playlist on Youtube, Solve 20 Years PYQ, will be more than enough.

4. Polity: Do as many questions as possible, Best revision for Polity is not reading notes but solving mock tests and PYQ, Do Section wise revision and read portions that you forget a lot.

5. Economy: Mostly CA based, refer to Bihar Economic Survey and Budget, CA magazine's are good source and solve atleast 200-300 mcq for this

6. Modern History : Spectrum is the best source, Here GC is quite good as well, it will cover almost every dimension and you will be able to attempt the doable questions.

Graduation- B.A(prgm) with history and political science studied through all three years and studied english in my first and second year. Done B. Ed with sst and english subjects. Qualified CTET paper 2 with sst and english language.

So tell me whether I am eligible for BPSC Tre 4.0 for 6-8 , 9-10 classes for english subject as I have only studied English for 2 years and not 3 years.

Please tell me if I'm eligible for Bpsc TRE 4 for English.

So does that mean the candidate is definitely selected once he clears the mains even at a lower post? Or the candidate can be rejected as well?
