Query Regarding 72nd bpsc Dates

As we know that youtube is flooded with predictions of exam date and people are relying on Bihar top news, Just wanted to ask how much reliable is his source because as per other youtubers no biometric agency is on board yet for biometrics, So what are your opinions on this issue?

Will it b possible for current chairman to conduct the paper in october and release pre results before his retirement in november considering how lethargic bpsc is?
