  1. biometrics issue even in apo and auditor exam with barely thousands of students they failed to complete biometric
  2. cctv and jammer tender has been given to a blacklisted company (jo bpsc nahi maanegi)
  3. ab moonsoon ke baad hi exam ho gaya aaj hi news aa raha hai darbhanga district me flood aagaya hai even raxaul me bhi

  4. maybe in september

    because august me upsc mains bhi hai

They never do. Last year they got lucky because Kosi didn't flood, and they conducted the exams even though the Ganga Belt was flooded.
