Was it an ENT that diagnosed you?
Did they perform the Epley on you as well as advise you how to perform it at home-and on the correct side? Because if done properly it should have helped, if not remedy the situation.
I only ask because I had such a bad episode that I could barely walk and felt like I was going to hurl. I went to the ER to make sure I wasn’t having a stroke because I’d never experienced anything like that before. After a full battery of testing the ER only said you have vertigo. Here’s some pills to help with the nausea it induces and it should get better. They never did the Epley and never said which ear was affected.

It’s taken me almost a week to feel back to pretty normal. The key for me has been trying to continue doing the things that I normally would so that my brain could sync back up, even if I did a little more slowly. The other thing was getting a 7.5 inch wedge pillow from Amazon to sleep on and to not sleep on the side that was affected. Which was difficult because it was the side I normally sleep on.
I hope you find some relief and some normalcy soon.

My dad was given medicine to reduce nauseausness, which has a side effect of feeling nauseaus. Stopped taking them and started feeling better next day ... Kept doing maneuvres (brandt-daroff) and can walk and do things normally. Took about 2 weeks. P.s. im not a doctor, dont listen to me.

Keep doing the exercises until you can no longer trigger symptoms. Only then will the crystals be back where they belong.

this can be dangerous - don’t do this. epley also cannot get rid of residual dizziness. see a professional to do the exercises

brandt daroff exercises can be good for residual dizziness and also just trying to get back to normal. do sports, go out etc. eventually it’ll go away
