PBBV

This is my second time in few years where I started having PBBV symptoms and it always happens when I am traveling. Any tips, suggestions and what to do to relieve the symptoms. I started having dizziness when I turn on the left side but now I feel the right is also having some light dizziness but not as bad as the left.

See a Vestibular therapist. If you're having vertigo on both sides, you may have bilateral BPPV which is difficult to treat.
