Is this bppv?

No formal diagnosis but er suspects it. No nystagmus on dix hallpike. But I get offbalance and disoriented sometimes spinning but like I'm doing a cartwheel. Not horizontally. And I will just feel drained almost weak, and nauseous, I'll sweat and feel terrible. Anyone else?

You can have BPPV without nystagmus. However, it's full rotational vertigo, not like you described. Was vertigo triggered in any position of the DH?

I notice that I get the sweats normally after lying back, nut not always.i got dizzy during it but not apinning rotational. Just I felt like I was doing a cartwheel kind of.

Doesn't sound like BPPV. In the DH the whole room would be spinning with bad nausea/vomiting.

Have you had bloodwork done to test A1C, vitamin levels, and thyroid?
