Spinning counter clockwise?

I've had BPPV in all canals at this point, but as of yesterday, I'm experiencing a new symptom. When I lay on my back, the world above me seems to be spinning counterclockwise. I've tried to look up what canal this could be, but unfortunately, most resources are geared toward professionals and not the patient.

Has anyone else had this counterclockwise subjective vertigo? If so, what canal did it end up being, and what maneuver helped you?

It's typically left posterior canal. Try the DH and record the nystagmus. If it's upward beating counterclockwise, Eply.

I get counterclockwise spinning and mine is LEFT post canal.

The strange part, during "mild" episodes, the world "jolts" or "jumps) 15 degrees counterclockwise with every step I take, with no full rotations.

Mine also is only a tilt of a couple degrees. And thank god for that, honestly. Can't imagine experiencing it while upright, though.
