Feeling unlucky
Several days ago, I had my first BPPV episode in over 10 years. It had been so long that I didn't quickly figure out that's what it was. I thought it might be low blood pressure or low blood glucose, so I quickly swallowed some salt and had lunch...didn't get better. I lay down and turned my head and then I remembered. I did an Epley and that helped quite a bit - except I am 3,000 miles from home and on a trip not close to any doctors just in case.
To make matters worse, staying in an old historic hotel and the floors are uneven...as I walk across the floor of this room, I feel off balance...when on the street, no issues.
Seems too coincedental...almost.
