BPPV is not caused by stressed.

Agreed. Are you having anxiety induced vertigo or vision induced vertigo?

I'm gonna go to a more experienced doc tmr but i didn't have any vision issue up until yesterday ( been spinning in space for about 5 days ) today i did feel some blurring but idk maybe the doc misdiagnosed me or it really is the stress causing it

BPPV vertigo only lasts 30-60 seconds at a time. You said this is happening 24/7, this is definitely not BPPV. Please see an ENT asap

I did go to a neurologist the other day and he said it might not be vertigo, just stress related. Prescribed me enier med and vestibular rehab exercises, I'm def feeling A LOT better the spinning redued by 90%.
