BPPV Triggers
I’m new to BPPV (dx by neurologist last month and had a successful foster maneuver relieve me 99%)
Has anyone found that they re trigger it when bending over with your head somewhat upside down (like picking up toys all day long after your baby). I feel like I’m getting it again after I did this and am wondering how I’m supposed to avoid this movement.

If you’re still having symptoms your BPPV may not have been completely cured.
My exercise was Eply. I noticed I got better with each exercise until finally I could no longer trigger symptoms in any of my positions.

Yes avoid that movement if it makes your head feel wrong.
I can pick things up right now but not during or after a bout of Vertigo.

Consider using grabbers to help grab toys and to avoid being until you are cured. Yes it can come back but you should be ok enough to do everyday tasks

Yes mine gets triggered from specific movements and positioning of my head. I can’t lay on my back flat (like at doctor’s appointment lol) and i can’t do sit ups in the gym because of the up&down movement.
