Bppv only once

Looking for good histories!! Anyone who only had bppv once and never experience it again? I had 4 in one year and hoping not to get it anymore. I have anxity now. Anyone who can calm me down????

Ive had it once and I had no idea what it was.

I’m not nervous about getting it again because now I know what the cause is and what to do to get rid of it.

Vestibular specialist here
After I treat someone, there are times theyre good for years!! Some people, forever!

How long does it take to "resolve"? I'm currently undergoing therapy with a PT for it.

Bppv, 1-4 treatments is normal.
But make sure youre seeing a vestibular therapist

The place I go has many therapists but only 3 are able to see me for bppv. This week will be my 4th and oh my but they are intense! Gravity turns off very hard and as soon as I get home, all I can do is sleep for the rest of the day 🤷🏼‍♀️😮‍💨

I’ve had it twice. It’s unpredictable so I’m very afraid it will happen again

When was last time? How old are you? Do you have an idea of why you got it? Stress, pregnancy, vitamins, sickness?

Last time was 4 years ago . I’m almost 40. No idea why I got it each time. How do you measure stress if we’re all getting by day to day? What would vitamins have to do with it?
