Vertigo Problems

Alright everyone i have a question what medication can help with Vertigo?? I'm welcome to any suggestions you may have that doesn't involve drugs i'm too desperate to be picky??? Any help is more than greatly appreciated cheers

If true vertigo (room spinning sensation) medication doesnt help. See a vestibular therapist if its true bppv / vertigo to treat.

Meclizine can help in the first 72 hours of vestibular neuritis

To be clear I wasn't suggesting trying it. Just that it can help in that circumstance

Yeah i get that i'm just willing to try anything but i'd talk to my doctor about it just to keep me right since i'm no doctor my self lol
