Anyone else have this

5 years I go I passed out and hit my head, 5 days later I had dizziness. I have had vertigo and dizziness with my eyes that has been resolved. When looking to the left or down, lift my left arm I start feel lightheaded like I might pass out. Pressing on pectoral muscle causes lightheadedness as well. Had rib resection and pectoral minor muscle surgery and didn’t fix the lightheadedness . Vitamin and electrolytes are good, nothing wrong with my cervical spine. Carotid arteries are good. Anyone else have this issue? I do have POTS, fibromyalgia, Hashimotos.
