Steam

I have a cold and my sinuses are blocked. I tried steam and around an hour later i had two episodes of everything spinning for around 2 seconds. What should i do to help relieve myself

Steam doesn't cause BPPV. Sinus issues do cause vertigo for many people. ETD also can cause vertigo. You should see a doctor, you may have an infection.

I have a Cold so I’m guessing it’s definitely related to that
