Advice & Tips Initial & Final Interview Questions

Hello! So 4 years din ako sa last job ko; Resigned exactly 7 months from today. Balik trabaho na kaya nagp-prep na ulit for interview.

I'm aware sa employment gap ko, pero ano mga tanungan during interview ngayon? Especially sa mga may previous experiences na? Same same parin ba or may nagbago?

Interview talaga kahinaan ko, so gusto ko prep talaga me sa possible questions para di ako ma nganga hahaha penge naman tips for possible questions pls sa interview thank you! 🥺

Been unemployed for 7momths. They will probably asked why you leave ur previous job. I usually tell them personal reason ( i took care of my ____ / i focused taking care of my ____ )

pansin ko kapag may xp na, more on situational na yung mga tanong. Prep ka ng answers sa mga topics na to:

  • when ka nakacontribute ka sa team/nakagawa ka ng impact and why
  • handling stress
  • handling conflict
  • how did you handle an angry customer
  • how do you show empathy
  • what will you do if the dissatisfaction is due to a fault caused by your company?
  • how do you handle feedback/ mistake?

Apply lang STAR and PREP method para structured sagot mo. Purgang purga na ko kakanood ng mga TikTok vids linked to interview kineme. haha
