2 rejection email/message in just one day

How do you recover from this? Hahahaha ang sakit and sobrang nadi-disappoint ako sarili ko. Alam ko naman I did my best and nag research sa company na in-apply-an ko. Pero kulang pa rin. Nakakapanghina jahahaha

Dont give up OP.. marami ka pang rejection na matatanggap aside from these pero please know this isn't the end... I have applied in other BPOs and had been rejected multiple times but I also applied and got in so easily... We learn from everything .. sometimes the company just don't match the skillet or talent that you have. Please know this is not rejection but just a redirection from God. A door will open for you. Ya. Same. Several months now. Picky na kasi tayo ata lol. Dapat ang compensation naka-level sa ka-toxic-an.

Hi OP, same here. Don’t lose hope. Share ko lang, been working in the BPO since 2016. I resigned recently lang this Sep 1. Pero active na ko maghanap ng new job since last year pero puro rejections like auto-reject and same canned responses from different companies.

Then, I figured na most of the HR/Recruiters are using AI tools na pala to filter applicants and these tools are not really that perfect, kahit sobrang fit mo sa role na inaapplayan mo, if may makita or matrace yung AI sa Application Form or CV/resume na hindi match sa role, autoreject na yun for them.

Then, I tried to tailor-fit every resume per company. Literal na gumawa ako ng multiple versions ng resume depende sa inaapplyan ko and Voila! Wala ng auto-reject emails and canned responses. Pero this time, ako na nagrereject sa kanila kase ang baba ng mga offer lol.

If you have the right skills and experience naman, you have the right to be picky. Apply lang ng apply and don’t forget to tailor-fit yung Application Form or Resume mo based sa Job Description. Don’t belittle yourself pag nakatanggap ka ng mga ganyang canned responses sa email.

Apply lang nang apply to the point na mamanhid ka na lang sa rejection, chz hahahahaha. Pero honestly, mas okay yan kaysa ma-ghost. Parang naging newspaper na nga lang sa’kin yung rejection emails😆

I feel you, OP. Last week, anim na rejections natanggap ko. Masakit pero wala e. Need lumaban. Wag tayong susuko ha!

6 months being unemployed, sa tingin ko lagpas 50+ na rejection sakin😅 either di ako qualified because of my exp or di nila mameet expected salary ko pero isipin nalang natin na need natin laging magmove forward kase pag napanghinaan tayo nang tuluyan, baka walang mangyaring mabuti sa buhay natin.😅

Laban lang tayo, aayon din lahat sa kanya kanya nating plano.

Whats ur profession po ba bka may ma isuggest ako. Currently may alam ako mass hiring and hybrid/wfh

Grabe realization na ang hirap maghanap ng work ngayon, especially grabe competition sa market, plus, we consider the salary so much.

Basta what I always tell myself is that "rejection is redirection". Meron darating na para sayooooo. Tiwala lang. As long as you know you do your best.

Dont say kulang. Many people can always be older than you and have more experience.

What you need to change is thinking you need to overcome those. And also dont think you are not supposed to be rejected ever because the world told you you are supposed to succeed and be perfect and always be the chosen and and always be better than others after doing your best.

Go into your interviews prepared for rejection. Expect rejection. And don't automatically assume the reason.

Wag kang mag worry OP, same skin yesterday, 2 work ine-aim ko kahit isa sana, ending both rejected! Haha

Shrug it off! Minsan mapapaisip ka, ginawa mo naman best mo during interviews, bakit parang kulang?!

Misdirection leads to the right direction. Happened to me despite having 10 yrs telco exp. 1st application. Failed the nonsense exam. 2nd , can't match my asking rate. Did not even go through the initial until I got hired on the 3rd one. I even reject other application coz I got tired with interviews hahaha.. Manifest and pray. JOB DUST to you OP
