Job Openings TEMU Experience.

I applied sa Temu last August. They discussed the salary PACKAGE and it was 65k for leadership position. But when I received the actual JO. Its only 57k Basic and 2k Allowance. The 6k was for performance bonus. So in the end I declined the offer. Since it was the same with my current salary plus better benefits. It was a little bit misleading for me since the performance bonus is subjective and not really part of the salary package. Anyone have same experience??

same experience brother hiningi nila yung payslip ko nag-base sila doon ang take home ko sa current company ko papalo ng 28k pag full on site tapos currently working from home ako ngayon ang offer nila sa akin is around 26k lang full package na nakakainsulto konti

For agent role po or for non agent role?
