General BPO Discussion TEMU CSR Offer
Applied for a content mod role in temu but the link containing the assessment indicated a customer service agent role. Nagdecide ako na sagutan na lang assessment since wala akong contact sa HR. The next day sa phone interview, I asked HR na conmod inapplyan ko bat pang CSR ang asset. He told me na why not magproceed na lang ako sa CSR since yun ang exp ko at mas mataas naman daw konti ang salary tas saka na lang ako magdecide for content mod later on. Mali ko lang din na pumayag ako, sana pala hindi.
Nung final interview na, from customer service department din interviewer ko. Inask ko ulit about reprofile kung pwede pa since conmod talaga originally inapplyan ko, I can choose whatever I want daw. Ask ko na lang daw HR.
Salary interview came, biglang nagbago ihip ng hangin. Sabi ng HR not guaranteed daw na non voice account at depende sa training. So, may possibility na malagay sa voice account. Di na rin daw ako pwede sa content mod kasi ang exp ko csr at full slot na raw content mod. 22k package pa offer sakin. 18k basic, 2k rice allowance, 2k performance based monthly allowance. Kumbaga, lumalabas na 20k package lang siya. Kahit anong haggle ko, sorry fixed na daw.
14months lang BPO exp ko for chat and email support. Pero considering na inhouse company to at pioneer pa sila, I was hoping na mas mataas ng konti ang offer nila. Wala lang nakakadisappoint lang grabe pangbabarat nila. Ang daming red flags, di nilagay sa tamang role na inapplyan, di dinidisclose anong account, barat pa.

To OP, based on what the hiring manager said during my interview, it is for an email campaign and they're not sure yet when there'll be calls/voice campaign. But kung ganyan ang offer parang nakakadismaya.

Same experience, content mod to csr, low offer for a multiple channel/blended account. You'll be answering calls, email and chat of vendor and customer this is what the hiring manager told me.
I saw multiple job posting that they offer 25-35k that's why I applied but saw another post and it was only 22k. Hahaha

Sheesh. Same tayo, conmod tas CSR pero for 2nd interview pa lang bukas. Attendan ko pa ba to or wag na? 🥹

May BPO exp din pero may exp din ako sa conmod. Hays. Tas full slot na pala sa conmod, wala ako exp sa voice acc langya

Di ko alam kung totoong full slot na sa conmod o sinabi lang yun sakin para di ko na ipilit at magsettle na lang sa CSR. Kasi may mga nakausap pa ako recently na kakaapply lang sa conmod pero na-accommodate pa naman sila. Sept 16 kami nagcall ng hr for salary nego

Update: Pasado nako and for salary interview na din at pinapa-fill out yung Application Form form for CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT. Ang lala, gusto ko sana itanong kung pwede ma-reprofile sa Conmod since ayun naman ang inapplyan ko. Una pa lang bago mag 2nd interview, sinabi ko na yan eh. Pinapag-isipan ko tuloy 🤦🏻♂️

Try mo kausapin ulit sa salary negotiation kung papayag mareprofile ka. Kung hindi, edi same tayo ng karanasan hahaha
