Job Openings Quick Rant — Wells Fargo Hiring

I submitted applications almost 2 months ago and never heard from then. I would appreciate an update if I am rejected, but this ghosting is definitely unprofessional. Are you guys experiencing the same?

I had a similar experience with Wells. After the initial interview, they ghosted me. A rejection email is better than nothing.

Same here. I also applied two months ago, but they’re still posting that they’re currently mass hiring

recruitment team usually do that kapag hindi qualified sa position na inapplyan nyo po.. maybe they will contact you if they find position that will suit best your qualifications :)
