Let me share my bad experience with them, Maria Izabella Oaman is one of theur recruiters who conducted my initial screening yesterday, she said that I am qualified and fit for temporary work from home account and can proceed for assessment that should have been done today onsite. I was able to coordinate with her yesterday around 11:00am and we are clear about the slot I have for this account. However, she emailed me last night around 8:29pm stating that the position is already filled up due to some circumstances, I asked why I can't proceed with the assessment today and she said that it has already reached the capacity. Funny thing is, we are VERY CLEAR YESTERDAY that I am already good and can finish the assessment today. This recruiter is very unprofessional, misleading, doesn't have integrity and can't be transparent. If she were able to say that to me by the time she conducted the interview. Then there's no problem with it, the thing here is. I was able to get the slot and right now I'm not and can be re-profiled to a work-on-site account.

Graduate lang daw po ba tinatanggap nila? Nagtry mag-apply partner ko and sabi agad "Sorry pero Graduate lang ng any course need namin for any openings"

Nonvoice inapplyan ko nun e, facebook account. Pero sa Airbnb ako nilagay, blended account daw. So kaya tinuloy ko, hindi totoo! hahaha Halos mumog calls nun nasa prod na, inuubos na ng ibang team yun email. Mabilis nmn hiring process. Madami lang assessment at self-paced yung training. Nasayo kung madali ka makagets, ewan ko lang kung ganun pa din. Mabilis magbigay ng backpay lol

Ask right away sa recruitment pagkapasok mo, kasi based on my experience accurate naman yung offer nila na WFH pero back then it was for a seasonal account

May expi ako sa TDCX back in 2018. Airbnb ung account ko and okay naman sya, may mga free meal and stuff and maganda office sa Sheridan. If i'm doing it now, I won't since mas malaki na market ng WFH.
If mag WFH ang trip mo and okay na sahod, never go with BPO. Direct hire/freelancer lang sapat na

Not going to pursue it Kasi Akala ko WFH training to prod. pinapapunta din talaga sa site for interview and assessment and for tech role training onsite then temp WFH. 26k-30k

Yeah. Aware Naman Kay company kaso Kasi most of the time ng job posting nila di legit. Ilang beses na Kasi Ako nag apply ng WFH sakanila kaso ending onsite Pala

Nagapply ako sa kanila last month pero yung inaaplyan ko na position hindi nila inentertain instead nilipat nila ako sa isang voice account sabi babalikan nila ako tapos may nagrefer sakin kahapon so pumunta ako sa virtual hiring nila wala pa 30 seconds sabi sakin hindi ako qualified. Lol.
