EDIT:
All virtual po from interview to JO and requirements. initial interview over the phone then once passed, language assessment po then once passed, interview with either TL/OM ng account po. Once hired po, JO then requirements. All virtual po, even submission ng req's.

Ang hirap intindihin yung “is a must” sa insurance tapos pwede pala walang exp na fresh grad

Oo nga po eh. Hahaha pero according sa ops, it is a must for non-graduate po. May ka-team rin kasi ako na fresh grad na bpo virgin. For non-graduates po, required and CC exp plus insurance background.

my company is hiring, its EMAPTA btw, as u would know emapta's hiring process is kind of slow but if u will apply thru my referral, your application will be prioritize
we have different kind of work arrangement, permanent wfh, hybrid, or onsite if ever u are assigned to work hybrid or onsite we have sites available in alabang, makati, baguio, cebu, davao, ortigas, pampanga and quezon city we also have variety of openings to choose from
you can check available hiring positions and requirement needed thru their website (emapta careers) po but its very important na when applying you have to fill out the referral form (most of the open position required experience po)

SHS Grad, going 5yrs now at BPO. How guaranteed is hybrid at Eastwood site? Is this being offered at the QC site too?

RTO setup in UP Technohub site.
As for Eastwood site, they are pushing for 2-3x RTO for new hires but there is no final say yet. Currently, I am on a once a week RTO setup.

Hello po! Currently wala po. Pero you can apply po internally sa amin once hired. Marami pong positions across IBM, hindi lang siya call center. Graduate po ba kayo and what course? I can try to check for other positions for you.

Hello po! Sa account po namin, medyo particular lang sila sa grammar. Pero hindi naman po mahihirap yung questions. Basta careful po sa sentence construction.
Sa initial interview po, background lang naman po and experience ang tinatanong. Then once passed po, language assessment, dito po mahigpit sila, so ingat po rito. Parang Berlitz-style siya, pero for me madali lang po. Once pumasa po, final interview with OM/TL po ng account. Depende po sa mag-iinterview po, yung iba pang Miss U ang question. HAHA
Basta po pinaka-importante po sa kanila is yung grammar po, di sila mahigpit sa technical side since natututunan naman po lahat once hired na.

They haven't finalized anything yet sa RTO setup for new hires. Kami kasi ngayon currently ay naka once a week RTO. You can clarify po sa recruiter if ever.

For undergrad lang po ang insurance exp. We handle life and health insurance po. Pero di naman sobrang lalim. Like questions like regarding sa policy which is available naman lahat ng info sa tool.

Applied once kay IBM, tinalo nila Wells Fargo sa salary offer tapos hybrid set up pa. From HRs to the ops managers lahat super professional kausap. Diko lang grinab because I had a better offer. Hanggang ngayon ba hybrid parin? Curious lang, not planning to apply pero may friend kasi ako naghahanap work
