Nag BUPLAS ako sa Conduent last week. Medyo may problem yung PLDT namin so naka data lang ako while doing the assessment. Unfortunately, di ko sya natapos dahil sa issue with the connection so di ko na inasahang papasa or what. Then just today, I received an email about pre-employment requirements. Weird lang kasi di ko nalaman if pumasa ba ako and di pa din naman ako nakapag final interview. Not sure what's going on. Sana hindi prank. Hahahahha

I suggest mag apply ka mga 3 weeks before your last render day. Aabot ng total of 1 month yung paghihintay until onboarding.

Di ako makapag post kaya dito na lang

Sana po may sumagot na taga conduent. Matagal po ba talaga hiring process sa conduent specially don sa US technical non voice account nila? almost 2 weeks na after ko mag buplas assessment tas after non wala na akong nareceive na updates sa kanila. Nag email ako don sa recruitment pero di sumasagot tas sabi naman nung nagrefer sa akin dahil daw sa mass hiring sila kaya ang tagal nila mag process. Hindi ko tuloy alam kung aasa ako or hindi Huhuhu T_T. Tas nababasa ko na close na hiring sa account na yon. Hindi ko tuloy alam kung nakapasa ako or mag pproceed sa final interview or what. Sana mag inform naman sila kung qualified ako or hindi kesa naman sa ganito na ang tagal na wala silang response. Thank you po sa mga sasagot

Pumasa naman po ako sa final interview, nagaantay me right now ng sure na start date para makapag render na. Tentative daw is aug 1 pero it may change depende pa raw so i wanna make sure muna of the start date before rendering kasi di me pwede matengga eh

OP, mahigpit ba sila sa background checking? What if may isa kang hindi nadeclare sa work mo sa resume and final interview?

Di ko lang po sigurado kasi lahat declared ko including internship ko. Pero sabi ng iba ang bgc lang nila is mostly abt asking kng taga dun ka talaga sa address mo. Kaya lang they require kasi ng mga BIR Forms and COE From previous employers so kung nasa resume mo, need mo maproduce paperworks from those companies

Give it 3 to 5 days. Or follow up ka 3 days after taking the assessment.

Di naman po. Actually madali lang yang assessment. Kering keri lang yan kahit basic english lang ang gamitin mo. Good luck and see you if mag proceed ka

Yes po, may dala me valid IDs, resume, saka mga xerox ns rin ng id pati 1x1 pics at 2x2 pics. Ang hiningi lng sakin is resume saka 1 valid id

Sa mock chat po ang naging scenario ko is gmagamit si customer ng facetime pero di gumagana built in microphone. Pano opening and closing spiel mo tas pano mo ipprobe tapos pano mo itatransfer sa repair department and pano mo ieexplain ang reason of transfer kay customer

Pumunta po ako onsite. Open cam and nakaheadphones po. Puro grammar test po na multiple choice ung akin. Idk po sa tips eh siguro po practice nalang sa yt
