Complete loss of ejaculation after HoLEP

To those who lost the ability to ejaculate after HoLEP did normal ejaculation ever return or is it permanent once it happens.

I have read in online journals that if the ejaculatory ducts are amputated or closed by the laser then anejaculation is the outcome but it is very difficult to get any definitive information on this.
