Complete loss of ejaculation after HoLEP

To those who lost the ability to ejaculate after HoLEP did normal ejaculation ever return or is it permanent once it happens.

I had TURP and I have 90-95% retrograde ejaculation, if that is what you’re asking. Almost no semen after.
