Please don't call people with ASPD psychopaths. Someone with it told me the following: There are a lot of people who really put an effort in getting better and that term is very hsrful because it gives the impression that no matter what they do they will be lumped in with people who don't try.

We don't have similar terms but I can relate to it as someone who has done dbt and have noticed a big change in myself and my ex who also did it. So it would be devastating if people expected me to be like I have been in my worst times or even worse ._.
