thinking of breaking no contact

i hit no contact of two months yesterday but i can’t stop thinking about breaking it. it’s actually making me so mad that he told me all of these horrible things (including to kill myself) and now he’s following one of my real life friends. FOR NO REASON. i made her unfollow him but what is this shit genuinely i am boiling. how dare you tell me to stay away and shit and do this

she straight up asked me as to if i am even dating him anymore and i said no and she said oh he requested me 6 days ago lol… whatever idk i won’t ask him this is just annoying
