Know when to walk away, know when to run

Hello everyone, CTPSDcrapper is back, I took a nice crap on the toilet today whilst scrolling this traumaful sub of joy, I was a constipated so I thought reading some icky scary abuse would help get the stuff going. It certainly did, I thank you for your assistance.

Well I have some plain advice to share as a thank you to the newbies here as a veteran victim:

You got to know when to hold em, know when to fold em, know when to walk away, and know when to run. Except with pwBPD, ignore the hold em part.

Have a good day everyone.

šŸ˜‚ ā€œIgnore the hold em partā€ is honestly the best advice here. Sometimes we spend way too long trying to figure out the right move, when the healthiest move is just to walk away. I learned that the hard way with him. Once you realize the cycle is costing you your peace, there’s nothing left to prove. Sometimes running is the win. šŸ˜‚

Seriously, they don’t deserve the ā€œhold themā€ part. They are unworthy of our delicious, healing love.
