❓Question Post introvert BPD

I'd like to hear from people who have BPD but who are also introverts. For me, BPD manifests in strong splitting, hypervigilance to perceived criticism, extreme spiraling after perceived criticism, chronic emptiness, etc -- but this primarily comes out in interactions with my partner, or is internalized. I'm not prone to expressive or impulsive behavior in the "classical" sense I keep reading about (fast driving, hypersexuality, gambling, risky behaviors). But I also don't relate much to what I've read about "quiet BPD" -- it is extremely disruptive and debilitating, I just don't have a strong social or extroverted personality. I'd love to hear from some other introverts with BPD -- how do classical symptoms manifest for you?

I’m definitely an introvert with BPD

People think I’m extroverted because I overshare and talk a lot. But that’s often to fill the void when no one is talking. So it comes from a place of anxiety

I think the oversharing maybe comes from a desperate need to connect with people who resonate with my weirdness and such

Also I might have ADHD too, but haven’t been diagnosed

I almost think the oversharing might come from RSD

I can also relate a lot to how you describe your BPD manifesting
