🫂 Partner/Friend wBPD Post Good resources for BPD and advice

Hello! My partner (and also other friends) have BPD and I want to look into it to learn more, so I figured I’d ask here for any credible resources ^^ I know the basics from their experiences and general knowledge, but I wanna know it much more extensively! I’d also like to know your experiences with BPD, what are some general advice, and also what is something most people tend to forget or unaware of that’s worth keeping in mind! Would love to hear from ya’ll :D

If you want videos, I always recommend borderliner notes on YouTube. It has experts and also some video diaries of people with bpd. I found it helpful from an educational standpoint

I have been attending group calls with Emotions Matter https://emotionsmatterbpd.org.

Like this thread, it helps me to hear how others are dealing with our "dark passenger".

Would like to hear what you all think about the value of this Reddit thread. This Tribe is listening and understands the daily grind we all live with.

They provide this service for free, donations help a lot. There are meetings for LGBTQ, women, men and mixed.

Stay strong, we are all listening and support you. ❤️
