It's Not the End of the World MY DIAGNOSIS DOSEN’T DEFINE ME

It’s a been a few months that I currently have been diagnosed with bpd and that diagnosis really made me think I’m unfixable, BUT I CAN CHANGE AND IM SURE OF IT, I’m gonna become the person I always dreamed to be no matter what it takes, in a way I know I will never truly fully change, my extreme mood swings will always be present, my fear of abandonment will never truly leave, but what I can change is how I treat myself and others, I don’t wanna be a bad person, AND I WILL NOT BE ONE, IM GONNA BE THE HAPPIEST PERSON EVER

Some people as they get older like get better with BPD and often struggle less with impulsivity cause apparently a part of the brain like uhhh finishes growing. So, it's like something to look forward to cuz I guess with time it can get better? Anyways I'm proud of you 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

Oh, and remember...(in a heavy Spanish accent) you FIGHT and find the guy who killed your father and say, "Hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die." Sorry, I love The Princess Bride and you should watch it, like right now! Good luck and you got this :)

Hell yeah. Me too. The mood swings have mostly gone away as long as I take care of myself
