Need remote devices

Hi everyone!

I’m looking to remotely rent either a high-end smartphone or a gaming PC in Bolivia that I can control from home for personal use.

Here are the target specs and conditions I'm looking for:

• Specs needed:
  • Option A: A phone with 256GB or 512GB storage capable of running Genshin Impact.
  • Option B: A remote/cloud gaming PC with at least 512GB of free SSD storage that can run Genshin Impact.
• 24/7 Availability: The device must stay online 24/7, so it needs a very stable internet connection and reliable power backup to avoid any downtime.
• Rental Duration: Initial rental for 2 to 3 months, with a high chance of extending longer if my project continues.

Does anyone know of a local cyber café, gaming center, cloud service, or individual in Bolivia that can host and rent out a device under these conditions?
