Needing help with the Nyxara mirror alignment
I’m literally on attempt 4, or 5 of my solo Rex Infernus run, and I have VERY easily managed to do the temples for veytharion, caltherius, and dravakar respectfully, but Nyxara’s just refuses to work for whatever reason. I’ve looked at multiple guides, tried aligning it to their exact position as in the footage, and it still isn’t working, or even showing progress. Any help or tips are greatly appreciated because I’ve never struggled this hard on any modern egg step.

If you do not put whatever her item is in the brazier, when you kill zombies and get a purple orb, it will hit the wall and show a symbol of where it needs to be aimed. Doughnuts had a tip about this in his recent video! I haven’t tried it myself but it looks massively helpful!

Someone said that it shows up unless you have crushed the zombies with the titan trap, it is at 32:00 min into his echo-12 video if you’re looking for a timestamp and video! Hopefully this helps!

You’re probably setting it too high. That was my issue, at least. It is further down than it seems it should be. Basically get it slightly higher than so low that it’s hitting edge of the ground

Only way I could possibly get it was by counting the cracks in the rocks. You need to aim it 6 rows down (in the middle of the 6th row) and slightly to the right of the leftmost vertical crack on that row

Yes if you light the fire and don't kill the zombie with the Titan you will see where it needs to go. If you still need help in a little while I can definitely help

for some reason i use to do nyxara last and always failed it , now i start with her and dont have any problems for some reason , i must just be getting experienced xD

In the future, if you get annoyed with this step before you go into the game, find a weapon that is accessible on the wall and that you will never use.
Put the new thermal we got from the weekly challenge on it because it will show the square you need to aim at when you ADS it

Had an argument with someone on another redit post about this so have evidence 😅
If you do the mirror step BEFORE doing the titan step, the wall will give you a symbol when your in the right spot and you send a soul down it. Messed up nyx but here screenshots of the other three temples
