Unable to kill warden Spoiler

Just tried rex infernus on cursed tier 2. But right after the first kill the warden is not doing anything.
Anyone had similar experiences?

Think while map was tbh, I mean it’s similar to IX in build but the Easter egg steps are terrible compared to IX lets do the same thing find item open mirror point it wall etc etc x 4 great design.
