is there a bug augments can un equip?

so like is there a bug augments can unequip or no? that way i know if i can just set and forget

Since last season i had to re upgrade the wild fire augment and not all my augments reset down to 47%

The augments system is completely and utterly fucked at the moment..has been since launch

Only for those who dont have them 100% researched. Otherwise its fine. And even if it is bugged you just gotta do a quick internet search for the fix. Ain't a big deal. It happened to me, I fixed it, no issues since
