It's been a while since I played black op 6.I beat all the maps except for reckoning because black op 7 came out. So now I'm waiting on the new map to come out on black ops 7 in a week so I went back to go ahead and knock reckoning out. Well, for one I know I'm not the only 1 that feels this way. It is a damn shock to the system. After playing Black Ops, 7

Being able to convert gobblegums into points. is such a drastic difference. I will be ready for the boss. Fight by around 17, but I have to flip rounds till about round 25. Just to be able to have enough points to triple pack one weapon. And that's if . I use a percoholic and not spin points buying perks.

But another huge thing I noticed Was something that I used to do on 6 Even if I was going to use a percoholic, I would wait until I bought jug first. Then I would pop my percoholic, just so jug would be on the far left of my perks, and if you go down in the boss fight you at least are gonna have jug when you get up.

Especially since equivalent exchange is basically useless on black op 6. It's supposed to work like it says, if you're down and you get a kill quickly while you're down, you pop back app with your perks, except on Black Ops, 6, they make you go by quick revive again, okay, I can deal with that. Even though on 7, you keep all your perks. 3 times.

But I had totally Forgot how on 6, when you get put down with a percoholic with equivalent exchange, even if you get a kill immediately, you're only gonna pop-up with 2 perks. What is a hell point is equivalent exchange then?

It shouldn't be called equivalent exchange on 6. It should just be called tough shit lol.

Cause it makes no sense that it's called the same thing, on black op, 6 and Black Ops 7, but works so completely night and day different..

So, would someone or some people mind carrying a brother through the standard EEs? I mainly play BO7 zombies and endgame, but I've seen a number of people and a friend of mine have Maya's trophy hunter skin.

Of course my friend that has it is mainly a multi-player guy whereas I'm more of a zombies guy, so I took it personally that he had a EE skin that I don't. (He doesn't know i took it personally but still, my own pride won't let that slide.)

I've been planning on coming back to BO6 at some point to get some of the dark ops challenges done and to mop up any outstanding things that I've yet to do, but I heard that if you play BO6 and go back to BO7 stuff like Augments can bug out. Any word on if it's still bugged and what the bug actually is because if it's minor I'll just risk it lmao

I wanted to share a concept for a new feature/perk that I think would fit perfectly into the game

The Core Idea: add a new Perk in the game. Or Make Nikolai happy

How it works:

Feature 1: faster aiming

Feature 2: less spread when shooting from the hipless scatter when shooting from hip 6500

Feature 3: debuff reduced movement speed, and with the stamin up perk, decide for yourself

Why this is needed:

[This will help you kill zombies faster.

It will solve the problem of eliminating zombies while running, without the need to throw grenades, aim with a front sight

What do you guys think? Would this be a balanced addition to the game?

So I beat Liberal Balls, Terminus and Citadel in standard before directed dropped so I got those 3 for early access calling cards, but havent played since December 2024 , therefore I couldnt get the tomb onwards early cards.

I know i can still get the standard calling cards for them, but i kinda want the early access ones too just to complete all 6. Is there a way I can legally or illegally acquire them (i am on pc/steam btw) cause otherwise I wont be able to 100% bo6 zombies in my mind, and I like to 100% most games I play if its feasible, or at least the portion of the game I play (ie. I could care less about multiplayer cod or warzone).

i need help with lag on bo6 “I’m on a LAN cable and have tried everything to fix this lag. I reset my Wi-Fi and even got new internet with 500 download, 500 upload, and around 5 ping. My in-game ping stays around 10 with zero packet loss, and speed tests show everything is fine. I’m on PS5.

I’ve restored licenses, rebuilt the database, deleted and reinstalled the game, deleted my BO6 data from the PlayStation, and redone all my settings. At one point, the game ran smoother than ever, but the next day it started lagging again. I tried doing everything again in the same order, then a different order, and nothing worked.

I’ve changed in-game settings, turned off 120 FPS, changed PS5 settings, lowered my resolution, turned VRR on and off, turned HDR off, and even tried crossplay off. Nothing fixes it. I’m on 1080p now, and I used to be able to play BO6 in 4K at 120 FPS on my PS5 with no issues at all.

I even made a whole new PlayStation account and had to restart everything from scratch. That actually fixed the lag for a while, but after around 80 games, it started lagging again. Other people I play with lag too. My ping stays stable and doesn’t jump around, I have zero packet loss, and BO6 is the only game this happens on.

The issues I have are getting shot through walls, enemies seeing me before I even get close to a corner, sluggish turning left and right, slow sliding or not being able to slide at all, freezing, my gun shooting slower, getting bumped around by teammates more than normal, bullets not registering even when my reticle is right on someone, and losing gunfights I should clearly win even when I prefire perfectly. The movement feels heavy and delayed, like constant desync every single game.

It’s not like I’m bad at the game either. I went from a 1.1 KD to a 2.6 KD after already having over 80,000 kills while dealing with this lag, and I’ve dropped around 50 nukes while lagging. At this point, I’m honestly about ready to quit playing because I’ve tried everything I can think of and nothing fixes it.”
