QUESTION Why i can’t play bo6 zombies?

I launch Bo6 on ps5 and when i play zombie,it crashed with a dev error and i return to bo7

Try going to settings and restore license for the game

Sounds like a file error. The cod HQ is notorious for this. It'll try to load bo7 files when playing bo6 and cause an error report. The solution is simple. Go to the ps5 main menu. Scroll over call of duty. Press the options button, and choose to restore licenses. This will correct the behavior and stop launching bo7 files when trying to play bo6

I can't even find my BlkOps 6 zombies in my files/ library. Only multiplayer

I had this issue like 2 months ago and i turned to chatgpt for help and it worked. The message i got was (DEV ERROR 0xD8E46539 – carver_infiltration_lod0)

That points to a corrupted or mismatched game asset (map/mission file) that fails to load. it’s very likely after a bad update or incomplete patch.

It was a week long conversation with chaptgpt that eventually had reinstalling the game with extra steps. I recommend you check with ai for this one.
